At Nature’s Crates, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Due to the nature of food products, opened or used items cannot be returned.
- Only items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery are eligible for replacement or refund.
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

Issue description (with photos/videos if possible) - Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
3. Refund Process
- Once your return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on the bank or payment provider.
- In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
4. Replacement Policy
- For damaged or incorrect products, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.
- Replacements are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours after approval.
- If the item is unavailable, a refund will be offered.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage
- Products past the shelf-life mentioned on the pack
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs for approved replacements will be covered by Nature’s Crates.
- Return shipping for non-defective items is not applicable, as non-defective returns are not accepted.
7. Delays or Missing Items
- If your order is incomplete or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will investigate and ship missing items or provide a refund as needed.
